Mining Rush（以下「本アプリ」）は、採掘をテーマとしたモバイルゲームです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

Mining Rush ("the App") is a mobile mining game. This privacy policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

2. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect

本アプリは以下の情報のみを取り扱います：

ゲームデータ（端末内のみ）：スコア、スキルレベル、コイン数などのゲームの進行状況はすべて端末内のローカルストレージ（AsyncStorage）にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーには一切送信されません。
購入情報：ジェム等のアプリ内購入はAppleのApp Store経由で処理されます。お支払い情報は本アプリには一切渡されません。

The App handles only the following:

Game data (on-device only): Progress such as scores, skill levels, and coins is stored exclusively in local storage (AsyncStorage) on your device. It is never transmitted to any server.
Purchase information: In-app purchases (gems, etc.) are processed via Apple's App Store. No payment information is ever accessible to the App.

3. 収集しない情報 / Information We Do NOT Collect

本アプリは以下を一切収集・送信しません：

氏名・メールアドレス・住所などの個人識別情報
位置情報
端末の連絡先・写真・マイク・カメラへのアクセス
広告識別子（IDFA）
クラッシュレポートや分析データ（サードパーティSDK不使用）

The App does not collect or transmit:

Personal identification information (name, email, address, etc.)
Location data
Access to contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
Crash reports or analytics data (no third-party SDK is used)

4. データの共有 / Data Sharing

本アプリは個人データを第三者と共有しません。本アプリはサードパーティの広告ネットワーク、分析サービス、ソーシャルメディアSDKを使用していません。

The App does not share personal data with third parties. It does not use third-party advertising networks, analytics services, or social media SDKs.

5. 子どものプライバシー / Children's Privacy

本アプリは4歳以上を対象としています。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリは個人情報を収集する機能を一切持たないため、子どもでも安全にご利用いただけます。

The App is rated for ages 4 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App has no mechanism to collect personal information, it is safe for all ages.

6. セキュリティ / Security

ゲームデータは端末内にのみ存在するため、サーバー側のデータ漏洩リスクは存在しません。端末のセキュリティはApple iOSの標準的なセキュリティ機能によって保護されています。

Game data exists only on your device, so there is no risk of server-side data breaches. Device security is protected by Apple iOS standard security features.

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデートを通じてお知らせします。

If we change this policy, we will update this page. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
